As well as bird hides, boardwalks, and decks, we are also able to construct a range of traditional timber buildings for a variety of purposes. With decades of experience working with both commercial and domestic clients, our timber buildings are always high quality, beautifully designed, and tailored entirely to your needs. Some of our past creations include:
We’re entirely flexible and can also re-fit or re-purpose existing structures, including listed or conservation buildings. To discuss a project, get a quote, or to have your questions answered, please contact us for more information.
For a more traditional timber structure we can design and build a wooden outbuilding, office, or classroom to any specification or finish. We’ve made timber buildings for all kinds of uses, for both domestic and commercial clients. We can make:
The two buildings pictured below were made for private clients. The dark green building is a tennis pavilion, whilst the lighter green building next to a swimming pool is, unsurprisingly, a pool house. The pool house has changing rooms, a relaxing space, and a sauna.
With decades of experience, we’re experts in designing timber structures that look great and last many years. We only use timber from sustainable sources and build everything in-house, with a highly experienced team. This gives us complete control over the quality of everything that we produce.
As well as design and construction, we will also handle delivery and installation, give you advice on maintenance and upkeep where necessary, and can even take care of any planning permissions that might be required. We are here to take care of everything and make your life easier.
For nature parks and reserves, beauty spots, and other outdoor attractions we can construct custom made wooden shelters for a variety of uses. Much like our bird hides, they can feature windows, shutters, and notice boards, and can be built to any shape or design. Design possibilities include, but are not limited to:
With flexible uses and a range of possible features, we can accommodate almost any project.
Don’t be afraid to challenge us with whatever you require – our portfolio is incredibly diverse, founded in several decades of working with timber. Aside from the previously mentioned pool house and tennis pavilion, here are a couple of very unique creations.
Located on an island at Abberton Reservoir, our sand martin bank is a very unique design that offers a place of refuge for sand martins to live safely.
Set in 30 acres of parkland near Faygate in West Sussex, this is a natural themed lake house that is accompanied by grow boxes and seating.
Nestled in the trees of Wallington Hall, you will find a food hut ready to fill hungry bellies and fuel tired legs. Custom built, it offers hot and cold food and drinks.
Simple in design, yet functional and accessible, this wooden gift shop was built for Dreamland Margate where it showcases different items that the attraction sells.
Modelled on the legend of Noah and his Ark, this ark themed structure actually houses a petting zoo, offering families the opportunity to get close to animals.
Offering protection from the elements, families can still enjoy picnics in nature under this picnic shelter. We also built a bridge for easier access.
This activity centre offers a sheltered place of learning and incorporates two rainwater collection tanks and several insect hotels.
As everything we make is bespoke, we can customise your structure to include a range of necessary features and accessories. Common customisation options include, but are not limited to:
