The Completion of Wakehurst’s 300 Metre Wetland Boardwalk
This summer we completed a 300 metre wetland boardwalk at Wakehurst, a Kew Botanical Gardens property that houses the largest wild seed conservation project in the world. The structure uses 90 tonnes of locally sourced, FSC certified oak and now gives visitors the opportunity to explore the wetlands.
Wetland Flyover Video
The following aerial flyover video of the wetlands gives an overview of the project, giving a little insight into the amount of work involved in the boardwalk and its features.
